Formed in late 2004 for the 2005 EKPL Season by Mark O'Brien and John Purdie, the team consisted of players who'd almost all played in the same teams at some point over the previous years. The Entertainers were 2nd in all three EKPL competitions during 2005, their first year as a team. In 2006 they were again runners-up in the League Cup, but won their main goal of the league title by 8 points.
